Of Heart & Heartaches

LOVE !... The topic most talked about, millions of books and movies dedicated to it...
Ever wonder whether we've just been brain washed by our surroundings or whether it's the essential 'elixir of life' we all need. How, When, Who developed this concept, coined it, named it, framed it ? too many questions.

The truth is love is what we've grown up on, what we've perceived it to be and that is what we look for. Had there not been books, movies, music and media about this most popular topic, would we even look for it ? Sounds like the matrix doesn't it... A world of make believe which has been presented to you ever since you were in our moulding days. Poet's and Authors, portray it as a storm in an ocean or flowers in spring or the mushy feeling we've when we come eye to eye with that special someone. I can hear the masses screaming "How dare he question our love ?", sorry possies i'm not questioning ur love, i'm questioning the whole bloody concept of it. Food for thought right ...

God Speed !

Hmmm... Self Discovery...
People who have been even remotely exposed to philosophy must have been hit with this jargon sometime or the other. Wait ! Before you close this.. Let me tell you, I am not going to tell you how to do it. Why self discovery or finding oneself is important ? Simply because the human existence is relative since birth and finding oneself is knowing who you really are. When we are born we are named by our parents and known for that till we enter school, then it's either we are known as a student or the class topper, loser, cool guy, basketball champ. In college the same thing follows... Come work life and we are either a software engineer, doctor or motor mechanic...

Rarely do we ever question ourselves "who are we ?" Are we the air in our lungs, the handwriting in my notebook or the sounds we make when we see that cute baby. Are we the touch, vision, smell or voice. The truth of the matter is all great philosophers and spiritualist emphasize that in order to find one self it is essential to meditate and make ur mind still. U meditate, meditate and meditate and then at the end... ur mind will be empty blank it will be like a dot. At the core of self discovery their exists nothing, empty non existence i.e because your existence ends in relative terms.

When your mind is single, unified then you forget about yourself in relative terms. You can feel yourself breathing, your eyes seeing the darkness of your eyelids, your ears listening to the silence, your tounge tasting nothing, your skin feeling nothing.
That's why self discovery is often connected to Moksh and Tyaag. Only if you let go of everything then only you can find self. Only on a white sheet of paper can you spot a dot.

However all those people who think meditation is the only way are wrong there's another perspective... Time and Space are spherical in nature and little know to others so is our spiritual, meta physical and physical existence. Here's where I take a leaf out of einstein's relativity, If a person is moving at the speed of light then he's equivalent of being stationary. Start doing what you love the most in life, do it with all your heart, mind, soul and body. Let it become your meditation... Lose Yourself in whatever you do completely... Then you'll see the Self, Your existence in all it's glory. Reverse engineer the paper fill it with so many colors that you can clearly see yourself as a white spot ! Unify yourself become one in what you do... You will find Self in your work whatever you touch eat speak, you'll become self aware, it won't be relative it will be Single, ONE....

Go ahead run at the speed of light and become one with existence
