Welcome to the Belly
It is said that the only way to man's heart is through his appetite(basically means stuff a man with good food and his money is yours), well if that's the case then i'll probably end up with an italian chic who cooks pasta every day!!!
Well it's obvious to you now that i am crazy about italian cuisine, from Green Woks(G.K) to Big Chill(East of Kailash) to my latest haunt Piccadelhi in Connaught Place(Situated right next to PVR Plaza), love them all. This sunday visited Piccadelhi and had a great time with some great food and good company. The ambience is very pleasing and sooothing, the whole place has an old style theme to it with double decker buses and old style windows, the extra goodie thrown in is the live band performance.
The menu caters to the 3 basic cuisines Indian, Chinese and Italian. We tried a mix of chinese and italian and the experience was mouth watering. We started with the Fried corn with fresh red and green chillies, followed by the main course Italian Veg Ravioli(umm hmm, I'm still drooling !). If you are interested in drinks then the place has wine and beer both, choice of poison is yours, didnt try much in that case.
It's a tad bit pricey, ran up a bill of Rs.478/- in any case I think a full course lunch or dinner(starter, main, desert & drinks) would cost around 1000 or 1200 (tax included) but the food and experience is worth it... So go ahead spoil someone... ;-)
